2. Usage Guidelines & Sensitive Data

Do not submit sensitive personal information (such as bank account details, credit card numbers, government IDs, or highly confidential personal privacy information) to the AI models via MacClaw.

While MacClaw facilitates the connection, the data processing happens on third-party AI servers (unless using a local model). You are responsible for the data you choose to send.

Critical Actions: We strongly advise that critical actions, especially those involving financial transactions (e.g., payments, banking transfers), be handled personally by you and not delegated to the AI automation. MacClaw is an assistant, not a replacement for human judgment in critical security matters.

3. User Responsibility

You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining your own API keys for the AI models you wish to use. You are also responsible for any fees charged by these third-party AI providers.

You take full responsibility for the commands you authorize MacClaw to execute on your computer. Please review critical commands carefully before approval.

4. Limitation of Liability

MacClaw is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the software.
